The ordering experience was a breeze. The delivery was as expected. The flowers were beautiful! Only thing I noticed was it was not as full of an arrangement as I thought it would be according to the picture of what I ordered. I'm pretty sure if it was because of the substitution of available items for like items. There was a bit of a bald spot in the center top which I personally did not like but the recipient did not seem to mind.
